About the Role

This is a hands-on sales and business development internship for ambitious individuals who want to learn how a software agency grows its client base. You will shadow and support our Business Development Manager — helping to research leads, draft outreach messages, prepare proposals, and participate in client discovery calls. If you have strong communication skills and a genuine curiosity about how software businesses work, this internship will give you a fast-track foundation in B2B tech sales.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills — written and spoken, clear and confident.
  • Genuine curiosity about software, technology, and how businesses use digital products.
  • Comfortable making research calls and drafting professional outreach messages.
  • Proactive attitude — you take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build prospect lists of startups, SMBs, and founders who could benefit from our services.
  • Draft and send personalized LinkedIn and email outreach messages to qualified leads.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing proposals, pitch decks, and service one-pagers.
  • Sit in on discovery and scoping calls to observe and learn the consultative sales process.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, notes, and follow-up tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in any industry.
  • Basic understanding of software development, web, or mobile app concepts.
