About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketer & Content Strategist to own our inbound marketing engine and brand presence. You will create content that positions Sundram Tech Solutions as a thought leader in software engineering and AI. This includes managing our LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and newsletter, producing blog articles, case studies, and video scripts, and running data-driven campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B content marketing, growth hacking, or agency marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a LinkedIn or Twitter tech account with engaged followers.
  • Strong English writing skills with experience producing long-form technical content.
  • Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking strategy.
  • Experience running email newsletter campaigns (segmentation, A/B testing, analytics).
  • Comfortable interpreting web analytics and translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email.
  • Write high-quality blog posts (1500–3000 words) on software engineering, AI, and SaaS topics.
  • Produce compelling case studies, client success stories, and service landing page copy.
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns for lead generation.
  • Track KPIs: organic reach, email open rates, lead conversion rates, and MQLs.
  • Partner with technical team members to produce accurate, credible technical content.
  • Manage and grow our newsletter subscriber base with consistent value-driven content.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B tech or software agency marketing specifically.
  • Video scripting or short-form reel/video content production experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-up sequences.
